TrustedGut Brewing Soft Open Begins Today

These photos were primarily taken Thursday and Friday, October 5 and 6, at the new TrustedGut Brewing location in Redondo Beach, where I was given a sneak preview of the new TrustedGut. Since my post a couple days ago confused at least one person, TrustedGut has now officially taken over the old King Harbor Brewing Company location on 182nd Street.

For those unfamiliar with TrustedGut, they have been around for a couple years now, primarily known in the Long Beach area for their hard seltzers and kombucha. Word is that the Long Beach location will likely open in the next few months. In the meantime, beer will be produced and poured at their new Redondo Beach location.

Those that frequented King Harbor Brewing will notice several upgrades to the tasting room, including fresh paint, a new ceiling, bar top, and tables. It definitely looks more spacious now. Those of you that are familiar with the King Harbor brewhouse will notice that it is the same equipment, placed closer together to accommodate the planned expansion.

As of Friday, they had five taps open; pouring an American lager, Mexican Lager, a blonde ale, pale ale, and kombucha. Apparently a hard seltzer will be coming soon.

For the important part; TrustedGut will open at noon today (Saturday) and close at 9:00 PM. Sunday they will be open from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. They will be closed on Monday and then play it by ear for the future; I will try to keep you posted but you might want to follow one of their social media platforms for more accurate updates.

TrustedGut Brewing is located at 2907 182nd Street in Redondo Beach. They are dog and family friendly, and while they don’t have food yet, it is in the plans, so feel free to bring your own for the time being. I hope to see you there; cheers!
