Taco Truck Lime – Now in cans!

Dust Bowl Brewing Co. announces the release of Taco Truck Lime, a crisp Mexican lager with a hint of lime and sea salt. This year-round beer joins an already popular line-up of Taco Truck Lager and Taco Truck Amber, which were first introduced in 2016. Easy-drinking at 4.7% ABV, Taco Truck Lime is available in 12oz cans / six packs and 12 packs as well as draft / 5.2 and 15.5 gallon kegs.

The initial response has been impressive and we’ve already ordered another truckload of cans after just a few weeks in the market.” Continue reading

Karl Strauss Releases Two Brews for 2022

SAN DIEGO, CA— California brewery icon Karl Strauss Brewing Company is kicking off 2022 with two exciting releases: Bohemian Grove IPA (the first in their quarterly Collaboration Series) with locally coveted Burgeon Beer Co., as well as their 33rd Anniversary Barrel Aged Baltic Porter.

With a planned collaboration in the works for nearly three years, Karl and Burgeon finally came together to do what they do best: brew the cleanest, most hop-forward West Coast IPA fathomable. Inspired by the secrecy surrounding the innovation process, Bohemian Grove was aptly chosen as the name to represent this tropical and pine-forward hop bomb. With four R&D brews in the books, both breweries are confident the final release was brewed to absolute hoppy perfection.

“Our admiration for Burgeon has been long standing. We have a great deal of respect for their meticulous approach to brewing, recipe creation, and their quality control process. Additionally, their team is well known for brewing some of the tastiest IPAs in San Diego, so when we decided to lock in our 2022 collaborators, we knew immediately we wanted to create something together.” – Paul Segura, Brewmaster, Karl Strauss Brewing Company Continue reading

Opelika, AL – Master Brewer Kerry McGinnis of Red Clay Brewing Company has partnered up with Master Sommelier Emmanuel Kemiji of Miura Vineyards to create a line of experimental brews that introduce globally inspired flavors for the world’s first ever Double Master Collaboration Beer series.

Each beer was brewed at Red Clay Brewing Company at Opelika’s first brewery in central lower Alabama. Red Clay Brewing is firmly entrenched in the south and is named after the red clay earth found in Alabama. While Miura hails from Northern California and is named after the most legendary and mythical breeder of the most famous bulls in Spain, Emmanuel Kemiji and Kerry McGinnish found a path to partnership for this new lineup of globally inspired and complex beers.

While oenobeers (beers brewed using grapes or beers aged in wine barrels) are rising in popularity, there’s never been a collaboration where a Master sommelier and a Master brewer made a canned beer together. Continue reading
